A. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

1. Introduction
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal under the following conditions.
A “consumer” means any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession. If you are acting as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason.

2. Withdrawal Period
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., email or letter) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may, but are not required to, use the model withdrawal form provided below. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your withdrawal. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have started to perform the contract after you have expressly consented that we may begin performance before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. If you do not provide this consent, your right of withdrawal remains valid for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Note regarding subscriptions:
If you exercise your right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, any automatic subscription renewal will also be canceled. Any digital content already activated must no longer be used after your notice of withdrawal is sent.

4. Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
Your right of withdrawal expires prematurely if all of the following conditions are met:
– performance of the service has started,
– you have expressly consented that we may begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and
– you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to digital content such as online courses, videos, webinars, or access to protected platform areas.

Your consent is obtained during the order process by actively checking a clearly marked checkbox with the following wording:

“I expressly agree that DWNO LLC may begin providing the digital service before the end of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that by doing so, I lose my right of withdrawal.”

This provision is in line with applicable regulations, including:
– Article 16 lit. m of EU Directive 2011/83/EU
– §18 (1) no. 11 FAGG (Austria)
– §356 (5) BGB (Germany)

5. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

The customer expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions before concluding the contract. Acceptance is confirmed by checking a checkbox during the ordering process. Without such acceptance, no contract can be concluded. 

For customers located in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, the German version of this withdrawal policy and the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. For all other customers, the English version shall prevail.
